How to Apply:
- 1. Review our Rental Requirements and the lease terms for the specific property you are interested in (lease terms located on each rental property ad)
- 2. Select the property you are interested in and click APPLY NOW!
- 3. Once your application is complete pay the applicant screening fee for all applicants applying. Three options to pay your applicant screening fee.
- (1) Schedule a time to come to our office located on 3590 SW Troy Street, Portland, Oregon 97219. – Always call ahead before arriving as we are in and out of the office, often ☺
- (2) Mail a check to, Tindell & Company, LLC, 3590 SW Troy Street, Portland, Oregon 97219. *The check must be received before the application can be considered in first position and processed.
- (3) Pay online using a credit card. (Please note, applicant screening charges are paid using a credit card, there is a $5.00 transaction fee associated with credit card use, and this fee is non-refundable***).
- 4. Print out an Applicant Screening Authorization Form and fax the completed form to: 503-208-2451.
- 5. Fax a clear and visible copy of your photo identification. Once we have received those items your application will be in first position and processed immediately.
- 6. Fax and/or scan-email two of your most recent paycheck stubs.
We are unable to complete the processing of your application without all of the above mentioned items. If we are unable to complete the processing of your application due to our inability to receive the required items, your application will be denied and your applicant screening fee will not be refunded. The first application we receive will be processed immediately and if you are in a backup position you will be notified. *** Only applicable to applicants who apply in a backup position, pay the fee, and are not screened at all $40.00 will be returned as $5.00 is the cost to process the credit card transaction.
