How to Apply:
- 1. Review our Rental Requirements and the lease terms for the specific property you are interested in (lease terms located on each rental property ad)
- 2. Select the property you are interested in and click APPLY NOW!
- 3. Once your application is complete pay the application fee for all applicants applying.
Three options to pay your application fee.
- (1) Schedule a time to come to our office located on 8007 N Denver Avenue, Unit #1, Portland, Oregon 97217. – Always call ahead before arriving as we are in and out of the office, often ☺
- (2) Mail a check to, Tindell & Company, LLC, P.O. Box 17172, Portland, Oregon 97217. *The check must be received before the application can be considered in first position and processed.
- (3) Pay online using a credit card. (Please note, application fees are paid using a credit card, there is a $5.00 transaction fee associated with credit card use, and this fee is non-refundable***).
- 4. Print out an Applicant Screening Authorization Form and fax the completed form to:
- 5. Fax a clear and visible copy of your photo identification. Once we have received those items your application will be in first position and processed immediately.
- 6. Fax and/or scan-email two of your most recent paycheck stubs.
Unfortunately we are unable to complete the processing of your application without all of the above mentioned items. The first completed application we receive will be processed immediately and if you are in a backup position you will be notified.
*** Only applicable to applicants who apply in a backup position, pay the fee, and are not screened at all $40.00 will be returned as $5.00 is the cost to process the credit card transaction.
