Tindell & Co. is led by founder, Principal Broker, and Portland native born & raised, Jessica Tindell with a vision of providing an affordable personal approach to property management, while offering prompt attention and professional service to both clients and tenants. Having spent a lifetime in Portland, Jessica has the upper hand when it comes to market knowledge as she stays abreast on the ever changing trends and market conditions. Jessica prides herself on continuing her education and frequently attends seminars, classes, and conventions to ensure that she is at the top of her field with the most up to date knowledge of ever changing statutes, rules and regulations pertaining to fair housing laws on both state and national levels. Jessica has worked with hundreds of satisfied clients over the years to ensure their properties are being managed specifically to their management plan. References are always available upon request. Jessica is good listener who is detailed oriented and follows through, she is able to see other’s perspectives, to hear what they are saying and to find a solution and solve any problems that may arise. If she says she’ll do something, she will do it, and you can count on that!

Patricia (Delmar) Kirk is Tindell & Co’s Director of Accounting and Business Development. She graduated from Arizona State University and employs her positive and upbeat personality to create lasting relationships the applicants, tenants, and vendors. With previous Accounting, Bookkeeping, and Portfolio Management experience, she grasps the importance of being detail-oriented and completing tasks quickly and efficiently. She brings with her knowledge as a landlord in Arizona, allowing her to relate and build rapport with current and prospective property owners. You can currently find Patricia managing the accounting for Tindell & Co.’s portfolio of nearly 200 homes and multi-family rentals within the Portland metro communities. She plans to expand into a Real Estate Broker License, and will soon be assisting Principal Broker, Jessica Tindell.

Jon Taylor is an innovative Property Manager and Real Estate Broker in the Portland Metro area. He began his career in property management as a leasing agent for large apartment communities across the Portland Metro and as an assistant manager of a luxury Pearl District high rise. Jon Taylor currently serves as Property Manager with Tindell & Co. He manages nearly 200 homes and multi-family rentals within the Portland metro communities and is a licensed real estate broker.

Theola Forte has been added to the Tindell & Co. team as a Leasing Agent and Portfolio Assistant. She brings over 10 years of experience in Portland’s Property Management Industry. As a Property Mangement Guru with a passion for real estate, Theola has dabbled in everything from accounting to maintenance and vendor management and owner to tenant relations. She is passionate about the property management industry and is always looking to share stories and learn from others. Her warm, upbeat personality accompanied with her expertise will ensure a pleasant experience with owners and tenants alike. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her two sons, camping and dabbing (Go Panthers!).
